The Bulldogs continued their mid-season resurgence with a penalty goal conversion by Kade Hardy sealing a hard-fought 18-16 win in front of a vocal home crowd, a week after being Lakes United 20-16.

Kurri were awarded the penalty after the referee ruled teenage fullbackEthan Niszczot was stripped of the ball as he darted towards the try line with four minutes to go.
